I’m Angela Maria Sierra, also known as Riso Chan.
I’m a Spanish artist and creative teacher based in the Netherlands, I grew up in an artistic environment, my mother being a sculptor, which inspired me to explore my own creativity from an early age.
I believe that portraits can be a very powerful way to express emotions and human beauty. It is a language on its own, that doesn’t use words to communicate, this is why most of my work revolves around portraits.
I work with a mix of watercolor and procreate, which allows me to work digitally but keep a traditional handmade feel to my artwork.
